Please adhere to the following requirements:
- All accepted abstracts for poster presentation will be scheduled as e-posters.
- There will be no moderated sessions for e-posters during the Congress. Authors will not have to stand next to their posters.
- All e-posters will appear on large screens in the Poster Area, and they will scroll cyclically.
- All the posters will be displayed 2 times a day for 5 minutes each.
- These posters do not require printing or production of materials – as the poster will be presented electronically.
- Each screen will show details of the poster currently on display, the time reamining on display and which poster will be presented next.
- PDF, PNG, GIF and JPG are the acceptable formats for the submission of your e-poster.
FILE FORMAT - PowerPoint (.ppt or .pptx)
NUMBER OF SLIDES – An e-poster must not exceed 3 slides and should contain the necessary content, approach and obtained results in an intriguing way (optional: one cover slide with name, institute/clinic, abstract title, etc.). You can use multimedia content being integrated into your e-poster showing animations, simulations or other content.
You have 4 minutes for the presentation and 1 minute for discussion.
MAXIMUM FILE SIZE – max. 20 MB
RESOLUTION – Please select the highest resolution when creating the e-poster presentation in PowerPoint.
NOTE: E-posters are intended to provide a display of information that is not possible with a traditional printed poster. Embedding multimedia content, along with static elements, such as titles, logos and summaries, would be a good way to convey information. Examples of dynamic visual elements include videos, slide shows, animated charts or graphs, scrolling text, etc. The intention of an e-poster does not include attracting visitors to stay for a long oral, video or slideshow presentation. Display elements can either loop for a minute or less, or be activated and controlled by the poster presenter on command. Remember, you are to interact with those who are interested in your e-poster, not give a presentation to an audience.
E-posters should be sent on the e-mail: office@aria.co.rs
Deadline for sending your e-poster is October 1st, 2015.
